the staff were always friendly and helpful here.

The room i was in felt quite dark due to the lighting. It was difficult to see well. also, the shower wasn't great. The water pressure was quite weak. these things detracted from the experience

i found the hotel's location quite convenient. shops and restaurants are nearby. the staff were always helpful. i especially liked the sun loungers. the gardens were immaculate. the food offered ample choice.

i noticed some smokers around the pool area. this was a minor issue.

the staff addressed requests efficiently. they arranged a late checkout, very helpful. when the mattress was too firm, a topper was provided quickly. staff members were always smiling and greeting guests.

I stayed in a villa room. Its location near the pool was perfect. breakfast was fantastic!!! the room remained cool, and the resort was very quiet.

the taxi service outside the resort felt a little inconsistent at times.

the villa was spacious! and comfortable, the gardens were well maintained and very relaxing. breakfast had a good selection. the staff was helpful with all our requests.

the room wasn't very clean. i could see dust on the shelf surfaces. it took some time to get the correct room with separate beds, as we booked.

huge bed comfortable bed worn condition broken washing machine

i stayed in a chalet. the bed was huge and very comfortable. the pools were lovely.

the hotel needs some tlc. it's looking very worn. i also noticed that the washing machine was broken so i could not wash any clothes (i needed it!).
